How do I book your services?

You can book by contacting me through my website or via email directly at joleen@joleenemory.com. I don’t always receive Instagram or Facebook messages. I recommend booking in advance, especially during peak travel seasons in Paris.

How far in advance should I book?

Ideally 2 to 4 weeks in advance for regular appointments and 1 to 3 months for weddings or peak dates.

What is your cancellation policy?

A non-refundable deposit is required to secure your booking. For cancellations made within 14 days of your appointment, half the remaining balance will still be due.  rescheduling for following weeks or months is always a possibility but can’t be guaranteed.
